Regional Kyokushin Seminar with Shihan Mike Monaco to Be Held in Lima, Ohio

Shihan Mike Monaco (8th Dan), President and Founder of the USA-IFK, will be teaching a Kyokushin Karate seminar on Sunday, February 22 in Lima, Ohio.
The seminar will be hosted by American Vital Karate, under the direction of Shihan Jerry Poe (5th Dan), and will bring together Kyokushin practitioners from Ohio, Detroit, Indiana, and Akron-area dojos.
This regional training opportunity reflects the IFK’s ongoing emphasis on technical development, shared instruction, and strengthening connections between member dojos through in-person training.
