We’d like to extend our thanks to the Columbus Fight Affiliate instructors — Shihan Chris, Shihan Jerry Poe, Sensei Richard Upton, Sensei Paul, and Sensei Jeremy — for an outstanding seminar held on April 14th, 2018, at the Gray Wolf Kyokushin Dojo in Holley, New York.
Over 70 students participated in this dynamic event, which covered a wide range of training topics including kata and bunkai, jiu-jitsu, MMA fighting, and trapping techniques. The seminar provided valuable insights and cross-training opportunities for all who attended.
