USA-IFK Hosts Seminar for New Dojos at Honbu

The USA-IFK Honbu Dojo in Rochester, New York, recently hosted a special training seminar to welcome two new dojos into the organization: AIKARA Kyokushin, led by Senpai David Duran (Miami, Florida), and Great Lakes Kyokushin, led by Senpai Wojtek Arentewicz (Rochester Hills, Michigan).

Instruction was led by USA-IFK President Shihan Michael Monaco (7th Dan), Shihan Greg Stokelin (6th Dan), and Sensei David Sheets (4th Dan). The seminar covered Kyokushin fighting techniques, IFK kata, and tournament officiating standards, and provided an opportunity for dojo leaders to train directly with senior USA-IFK instructors.
